Assignment // I Heart Olive Oil Release Party at Thousand Pound Egg

Last week I Heart Olive Oil held a launch party for their brand new Organic Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The event, hosted by Thousand Pound Egg, featured custom created cocktails by IHOO Owner Beth Sadowsky and delicious bites by local chef Josie Smith-Malave.

I think it goes without saying that I was in heaven. I've already used 1/3 of my bottle of the newly released olive oil making pesto, eating tomatoes and basically slathering bread with its yumminess.
